Bug#504778: java-package: Pawels patch also works on etch, but some binaries not in alternatives

I created the same patch as Pawel, and it worked also for etch (oldstable). I installed the lenny version of 
java-package manually. The ubuntu patch is more complete, so it might be worth including that one.

Some things are a bit different from the other sun-java versions: The package installs into 
/usr/lib/, not as the official packages into /usr/lib/jvm/, but that is not really a problem.

update-alternatives --config java 
          1    /usr/bin/gij-wrapper-4.1
          2    /usr/lib/jvm/java-1.5.0-sun/jre/bin/java
          3    /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun/jre/bin/java
          4    /usr/lib/j2sdk1.6-sun/bin/java


update-java-alternatives -l # does not recognize the new java version
java-1.5.0-sun 53 /usr/lib/jvm/java-1.5.0-sun
java-6-sun 63 /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun

not all alternatives are there, as far as I can see from update-java-alternatives -l -v. There are quite a lot of 
binaries, I mark the missing alternatives in update-alternatives with a * :
