Bug#554606: checkstyle: advertised sample configurations not in package

Extended description says "other sample configuration files are
supplied for other well known conventions".

The other checks configuration in the package seems to be
checkstyle_checks.xml, which fails with:

Error loading configuration file
com.puppycrawl.tools.checkstyle.api.CheckstyleException: unable to read /usr/share/checkstyle/checkstyle_checks.xml - unable to parse configuration stream - Property ${checkstyle.suppressions.file} has not been set


OTOH, "grep -rl 'DTD Check Configuration'" in the source package does
show some candidates, although the only ones that work out of the box are:

contrib/examples/conf/BlochEffectiveJava.xml
contrib/examples/conf/template_config.xml


Some others may just lack the necessary instructions (how to integrate
the contributed sample checks maybe).
