Bug#557219: tomcat5.5-webapps: remove $BASE/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/web.xml

When I remove purge the package with 
# apt-get remove --purge tomcat5.5-webapps
it's remove all the files content in the package AND
the config file 
/var/lib/tomcat5.5/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/web.xml
that sound me really weird because it is a personal webapp config file.

This, of course, brake the web application in webapps/ROOT path.
