I already am in pkg-java team and now you can see it in a git repository

I think I'll never write patches for this specific upstream (this
version has been released 4 years ago) but I'll consider it for other
projects.

Debian Policy section 4.9 refers to get-orig-source target as optional
and debian/watch too. I think there will never be new releases but for
other projects it's useful.
