RFPs for eclim (eclipse+vim) and PHP Development Tools for eclipse

I've just filled a couple of RFPs for eclim and eclipse-PDT (with 
dependencies) and listed them on:

Would anyone be interested in sponsoring, if I'd package (some of) these 
things? (maybe eclim)

@Jan-Pascal: I'm sorry that I've not found the time yet to help with SOLR 
packaging. I'm still digging into all this java and java packaging stuff.
