Bug#547179: Should depend on Antlr v3, not v2

I stand corrected. However, could the Antlr v2 packaging be modified
then so that user installing antlr3 would not get confused? Does
stringtemplate really need antlr v2 executables, or just simple library
part of antlr v2?
