1) This part of source code is dual licenced under AFL 2.1 / modified BSD
licence [1]

  License: Academic Free License >= 2.1, Modified BSD license

2) This part of source code is NOT included in binary package and, IIRC,
   binary package Recommends: libjs-dojo-core, libjs-dojo-dojox [2] [3]

Is it there anythong else that prevents you from ACCEPT this package ?
