Allow Gmail RTL in All Interfaces

Hi there

Actually I don't know what you exactly mean but as far as I know Gmail has
added RTL support since long time ago. To activate it, use the following
path:

Settings > General > Languages > Right to left editing support on

Correct me if you mean something else and I got you wrong.
