  * Add the Maven POM to the package
  * Add a patch to force the version of stringtemplate in the
    POM to be 3.2, instead of 3.3-SNAPSHOT (update or remove
    this patch on a new upstream release), add a dependency on
    quilt.
  * Add a Build-Depends-Indep dependency on maven-repo-helper
  * Use mh_installpom and mh_installjar to install the POM and the jar to the
    Maven repository
