Hi!

Thanks for the explanation, however I still don't understand that
license clause.  Sorry, if its meaning is clear to everyone else, but as
a non native English speaker without deeper jurisdical knowledge, I just
don't know what this clause means for us, the Debian Project.

Do we comply with it, by mentioning it on the copyright file (which
get's installed if the binary package (.deb) is installed) and wich is
also accessible via our web front ends summarizing package information?
 I guess so, but I would like to be sure.
