As d/copyright explains, most files under jEdit/installer are under
public domain and the remaining ones under Apache Software License 1.1
which is DFSG-free [1], isn't it?

.desktop was already from upstream, anyway I've taken your suggestions
into account and added Debian and desktop menu without patches. Thanks.
