Hello,
I'm packaging (well, trying to, at least) oauth-signpost, and, amongst other 
failures, it need maven-javadoc-plugin 2.6.1. This version is also signaled by 
DEHS: http://dehs.alioth.debian.org/report.php?package=maven-javadoc-plugin

I'm going to block the ITP with this bug.
