Bug#575574: eclipse-platform: Installing additional software requires plugin-cvs and jdt

I mean the screen with licenses which is shown after selecting software
but before its installation. Of course the aforementioned components are
already installed system-wide, but it is shown in the "Installation
details" dialog (accessed from the About dialog) only after the first
plugin is installed.
