It is certainly easy to demand support for free without giving back
anything. We have provided an acceptable workaround. Why don't you
join the team and maintain the package and its designated successor
(sun-java7) for the next years and fix all those bugs that gets
submitted? Don't forget to keep stable (and maybe oldstable) secure.
