Bug#582510: libspring-2.5-java: spring-aspects*.jar not available in any package

I am working on packaging xwork2 which in turn is build-dep of struts2. xwork2 has build-dep 'spring-aspects' according to the pom.xml file in source package. It looks like this jar file should be built by libspring-2.5-java source package but it isn't.
Can you please fix this?
