Hi,

weka-doc proivdes a file /usr/share/doc/weka-doc/documentation.html
which has a link to the weka wiki.  that link is to
http://weka.wiki.sourceforge.net/
that page says

   The Weka Wiki is no longer hosted on sourceforge.net.

      Please visit the wiki's new home at http://weka.wikispaces.com/
