I get the following error trying to build libbluray with dh --parallel enabled.

Options:

        -V --version: show the version
        -v --verbose: show more information while running

        -n --no-act: don't actually do anything, just print the results
        -u --unlink: remove the links instead of adding them
make: *** [build] Error 1

Perhaps the set of javahelper programs should support unrecognized options as
noops.
