According to your copyright file, your package is licensed under Apache-2
or GPL-v3, which also matches the file headers.  However,
omegat-plugin-tokenizer-0.4.2+dfsg/licenses/Readme_licences.txt mentiones
only the GPLv3 (so I guess you should upstream to update that file).

And you should also update your copyright file, as StopList_en.txt is
LGPLed.
