Bug#639316: maven-debian-helper: mh_make fails to find junit for plexus-compiler

Hi,

mh_make fails with the following error message for plexus-compiler 1.6:

    Resolving junit:junit:jar:debian of scope runtime...
    [check with bundle dependency type]

    In plexus-compiler-api/pom.xml:
    This dependency cannot be found in the Debian Maven repository. Ignore this dependency?
      junit:junit:bundle:debian

The base pom has a versioned dependency on junit and plexus-compiler-api/pom.xml
is using the base pom as its parent pom. I am attaching the relevant pom.xml
files for reproducing the problem.
