Bug#612416: maven2: seems not to regard proxy settings

Maven use is own parameters to handle proxy parameters :
http://maven.apache.org/guides/mini/guide-proxies.html

BTW, #563946 should be fixed if you use OpenJDK6 and not Sun-Java6.
