Bug#609965: Does not parse command line arguments correctly

The first argument is also parsed incorrectly:

 $ touch testcase.js
 $ rhino testcase
 <no output>

 $ touch "test case.js"
 $ rhino "test case.js"
 js: Couldn't read source file "test: test (No such file or directory)".
