Bug#618802: liblucene2-java: missing symlink in /usr/share/solr/WEB-INF/lib

some searches containing the characters . or " fail catastrophically, see
http://drupal.org/node/949912 for details. however, the following symlink fixes
the problem:

 $ cd /usr/share/solr/WEB-INF/lib
 $ ln -s ../../../java/lucene-memory.jar

ps: i wasn't sure where to report this, but i chose liblucene2-java
because it includes java/lucene-memory.jar.
