It would be great if this package could install maven artifacts to
/usr/share/maven-repo. This patch should do the trick.
* Enabled maven artifact deployment:
- debian/control: Build-Depends added maven-repo-helper
- debian/rules: install maven artifacts
- debian/poms/jcommon.pom: localised pom for maven
