Bug#627712: libcdk-java: XML config files missing from cdk-core.jar

Justification: renders package unusable

While helping the user who reported bug #627683 with the missing dependencies,
we discovered that xml data files are missing from the resulting jars, or at
least cdk-core.jar, which should give something like this output from my
git checkout:

These .xml file are missing from the Debian's version of cdk-core.jar.

I checked that the src/META-INF/core.datafiles file is in the puredist there.
And those .xml files are in that tar.gz too...

Not sure why they do not end up in the Debian's cdk-core.jar at this moment...
