jsvc fails with this error:
failed loading capabilities library -- /usr/lib/libcap.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory.
This is, of course, because the library symlink is located at
/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libcap.so.2. This has already been reported
upstream, it seems, albeit with no resolution yet:
