Oh I'm sorry, I didn't think of this when I deinstalled elipse
3.8.0~rc4-1 :-(

I'd really like to help you, but this file:
/usr/lib/eclipse/configuration/org.eclipse.equinox.simpleconfigurator/bundles.info
is not there any more.

I will try to reproduce this on another wheezy machine.
