Bug#686375: [eclipse] Resizing "already installed" software window blocks it at width 0

To reproduce:
- open eclipse
- open "Install New Software"
- click on "already installed"
- intent to resize the obtained window

Instead of resizing, this yields a window blocked at width 0.
I didn't find any escape but killing eclipse (so this might maybe lead 
to data loss, I don't know if eclipse would save modifications before 
closing when receiving a gentle signal).
