Bug#681160: tomcat7: subsequent builds fail to recalculate MD5SUM of web app root

Version: 7.0.26-4
Severity: important

The build system updates the tomcat7.postrm file but doesn't restore it.
Therefore, only initial builds from the packaging repo will correctly
calculate the MD5SUM needed in the postrm file.

The source package uploaded to the archive should also correctly
calculate the sum (hence the severity of important).
