d/copyright claims d/xz.pom is licensed under Apache 2, but it is
actually in public domain according the file itself.

I am filing this bug as a reminder; please do NOT upload a fixed
version until 1.0-2 has migrated to testing (as it makes the lives of
the Release team much harder).
