Bug#678413: eclipse: Java terminated on Eclipse resstart

Dear Maintainer,
After instaling php and web design modules eclipse asked restart. On
restart next error mesages appeared:

In terminal:

After that I cann't start Eclipse 3 times... It just terminated without
any output.
On 4-th time it started normaly.
