Bug#663913: libxerces2-java: installs broken symlink (/usr/share/java/xmlParserAPIs.jar)

Hi Niels,

Thanks for filing the bug.  The versioned dependency on
libxml-commons-external-java (>= 1.4.01-2) entailed updating those
links, which has been fixed in SVN.  I wanted to check with the team to
see if anyone objected to an upload.
