Some comments regarding updating the package for CDK 1.4.x ...

- r-cran-rjava no longer needed, as R interaction code has been removed (*)
- SVN is replaced with Git, with the main Git repos at
https://github.com/cdk/cdk/
- the Suggests: should be removed
- CDK 1.4 no longer has CLI tools, so the manpages can be removed

*) that means that these lines can be removed from the compile.excludes:

**/R/LinearRegressionModel.java
