Bug#692230: jh_build: generates javadoc into wrong output location

Hi,

when there are only *.java files and no source directories specified on jh_build command line,
javadoc is generated in debian/_jh_build.javadoc.ext/api directory. I presume it should be
debian/_jh_build.javadoc/api, same as when we have at least one source dir specified.
