The patch looks good. I would just suggest adding a space before the
name of the distribution and enclosing it in parentheses to match the
format of the server information displayed by Apache (i.e.
"Apache/2.2.22 (Debian)" ).

Also the name of the patch is missing a sequence number
(018_fix-distribution.patch)
