This is bug #382686 tagged as wontfix.
BTW, sun-java6 insn't part of Debian after squeeze [1]. Tagging wontfix
accordingly.

A simple userspace workaround if you want to stick to sun-java6 is to
add /usr/lib/<multiarch-triplet>/jni to LD_LIBRARY_PATH. For example:
$ LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/jni sikuli-ide
