Hello,

the latest changelog entry is this:

  jffi (1.0.2-9.1) unstable; urgency=low
  
    * Non maintainer upload.
    * Remove Torsten Werner from uploaders.
    * Don't hard-code dependency on libffi runtime library.
      Closes: #646593, #707797.
    * Fix build failure with GCC 4.8. Closes: Ã#701301.

Note a non-utf8 character before the last Closes: bug number. This is
currently breaking nm.debian.org changelog parsing in a way that I
cannot fix.

I'm trying to see how to get data in dak cleaned as a temporary fix, but
can you please upload a new version with a fixed changelog soon?
