   * What led up to the situation?

      Just entering "sikuli-ide" in a terminal

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

      I installed openjdk

          sudo aptitude install openjdk-7-jre

      and pointed java to this version

          sudo update-alternatives --config java

      Now, it works.

   * What was the outcome of this action?

     Output: [info] locale: fr_FR

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

      A window opening with the IDE?
