Bug#725452: eclipse: After project delete and import, eclipse doesn't re-import the gcc includes

Dear Maintainer,

I reported the bug in eclipse but I use eclipse cdt. I don't know where the bug
come from so I reported it here.
To reproduce the bug, just make a new c++ project, delete it (without deleting
the files) and re-import it. The project will loose all the gcc includes.
