Bug#724925: libhttpunit-java: Please provide correct dependencies information in Maven POM file

libhttpunit-java has an incorrect dependency in its Maven POM file for
junit library:

                <dependency>
                        <groupId>junit</groupId>
                        <artifactId>junit</artifactId>
                        <version>debian</version>
                </dependency>

The version should be 3.x.

I intend to fix this very soon since it's blocking the correct build
of another packages like openjpa.
