Howdy maintainer,

Upstream should likely know that LICENCE is in fact spelled
LICENSE. In addition, please get upstream to use a sane
license. The stuff that's in there now is really troubling,
but since you followed up and they claim it's public domain,
I'm willing to not reject this.

Please get upstream to declare public domain in the license
file.
