Package: libopenws-java
Version: 1.5.1-2
Severity: serious
Usertags: goto-cc

During a rebuild of all Debian packages in a clean sid chroot (using cowbuilder
and pbuilder) the build failed with the following error.

[...]
1 required artifact is missing.

for artifact:
  org.opensaml:openws:jar:1.5.2-SNAPSHOT

from the specified remote repositories:
  central (http://repo1.maven.org/maven2),
  shib-snapshot (https://build.shibboleth.net/nexus/content/repositories/snapshots),
  shib-release (https://build.shibboleth.net/nexus/content/groups/public)

NOTE: Maven is executing in offline mode. Any artifacts not already in your local
repository will be inaccessible.
