It is not that obviously, but yes, those could be clarified.

Yep, those are not questionable.

Ok, either remove these three files from the source tarball or create an 
entry in debian/copyright, whatever you like.
(it does not matter whether they are only in the source tarball or in the 
binary package as well, debian/copyright documents the status quo of the 
sources)
