Bug#770398: libjaudiotagger-java: Should not be limited to audio files

Dear Maintainer,

it is difficult to understand why such a well-structured library should be restricted in
this way. Videos at least should be included, but why not even other tagged file formats
like JPEG? (The package should in this case be renamed, obviously.)
