This issue is caused by the removal of the apt tool in
openjdk-7/7u65-2.5.1-5. apt has been removed from Java 8 but is still
present in the JDK 7 currently shipped by Oracle (I checked the latest
7u67 release).

Matthias could you restore the apt binary in openjdk-7-jdk to fix this
issue please? No need to restore the alternative symlink in /usr/bin (it
conflicts with the apt package), we just need the binary in JAVA_HOME/bin.
