Bug#767366: elasticsearch: Remove the shaded dependencies from the pom

The shaded dependencies are still specified in the pom installed under
/usr/share/maven-repo (for example joda-time). This induces build
failures on Maven projects depending on elasticsearch since these
dependencies are not declared on the package.

The pom transformed after the shading operation should be installed
instead of the original pom.
