I've packaged most the new dependencies required by Spring 4.0.x except:
- com.jayway.jsonpath:json-path:0.9.1
- org.apache.taglibs:taglibs-standard-jstlel:1.2.1

I haven't checked the new dependencies for Spring 4.1 yet.
