Bug#777082: sweethome3d: Crash when opening an sh3d file

Dear Maintainer,

When I run Sweethome3D from CLI or menu entry, it works fine. I can create my
"sweet home" and save the project to an sh3d file.

But, if I try to open it from the File->Open menu of the program or running
"sweethome3d file_name.sh3d" from a terminal, I got the following error:
