Hi Miguel,

I made the mistake of trying to start too many things at once, and so
got a number of minor things updated, but hadn't yet added the maven
artifacts.  Let me take a quick look at it this weekend and merge and
push the other misc. changes I have made (if you haven't already fixed
those too), and then we can upload.
