I have updated libnb-platform18-java to the latest upstream version. I
could fix the FTBFS and also successfully replaced w3c-dtd-xhtml with
w3c-sgml-lib. I still have to do some smoke testing with reverse
dependencies but I presume these issues can be fixed soon.
