Bug#798672: qdox: please upgrade qdox to version 2.x

I have pushed the new release to Git master. I took the opportunity to
make some major cleanups and I switched to Maven and maven-debian-helper.

I have tested a few reverse-dependencies and quickly realized that
probably all would need an update as well. The main reason is that the
class JavaDocBuilder was replaced by JavaProjectBuilder. :(

At least these packages would FTBFS when we uploaded qdox 2.0-M3-1 to
unstable:

libcommons-attributes-java
groovy2
libjibx1.1-java
fop
maven-stapler-plugin
